What size are the masks?

Small Measures- 9 inches across and 6 inches from chin to bridge of nose
Medium/Large- Measures 10 inches across and 6.5 inches from chin to bridge of nose

Note for Fit- to ensure a proper fit, masks should sit just under the chin and reach up to the bridge of your nose. All masks have medical grade nose wire and adjustable elastic, ensuring a comfortable but secure fit across the face

How do I adjust my mask?

Each elastic strap can be knotted to the desired length, the channel holding the strap is designed to hold the knot, protecting it from coming lose and preventing the mask from slipping downwards.

How soon will I get my Make More T.O. face masks after paying?

All face masks sold on the website have already been made. Your masks will be shipped to you within 24 hours, and should arrive in 4 to 7 days.

A design I like is sold out - when will it be back in stock?

Because Make More T.O. masks are made from locally sourced materials and fabrics, we are unable to guarantee that specific designs will be available again once sold out. Be sure to order masks you like to avoid losing out. Also check back in regularly for new and exciting designs - new designs are released weekly.

Are Make More T.O. face masks sufficient for Covid-19?

Make More T.O. face masks are made in accordance with the guidelines set out by the city of Toronto: The mask or face covering should cover your nose, mouth and chin, without gapping. The masks are also 100% cotton and machine washable for your convenience and protection.
